30th Anniversary Makeover Contest It's our 30th Anniversary and we want to celebrate our business success with the community! $30,000 in technology solutions will be awarded to one deserving local not-for-profit organization located within Tompkins County! (Click here to enter) All entries must be received by August 8, 2008. Who hasn't dreamed of a technology makeover for their organization or agency? Unfortunately, budgets quickly bring us right back to reality. But now, in celebration of The Computing Center's 30 years in business in Tompkins County, one local Charity or Not-For-Profit Organization will receive a Complete Technology Makeover - valued at more than $30,000! Laurie Linn, President, Communique Design and Marketing, Incorporated To be eligible, the charity or not-for profit organization must have no more than 25 employees or an annual budget of no more that $3Million and be located in Tompkins County. All entries will be judged by the strength of the organization, their community mission, the state of their current technology and how the grand prize will benefit them. Up to five finalists will be chosen who will then submit a presentation describing and detailing the impact of the grand prize on the organization's operational efficiency, productivity and its ability to fulfill its philanthropic mission. "This contest represents a wonderful opportunity exclusive to Tompkins County Not-For Profit organization members, specifically geared to those who can benefit the most: Smaller-sized organizations that may not have the resources to invest in sophisticated computers and other technology." The winner will be announced at The Computing Center's Gala 30th Anniversary party in October 2008.
