As The Devine Group's CIO and CAO, Joe brings more than 25 years of experience in analytics, including statistics, predictive modeling and optimization. At Devine, Joe is responsible for the analytical integrity of the assessment tools, which includes predictive modeling (correlating behaviors to an individual's performance measures). Prior to joining The Devine Group, Joe worked as a Senior Analytics Specialist at General Foods and Procter & Gamble.
