Description

The continued growth and success of the Lightstone Group is attributable to our unique business strategy. Although we continue to place a premium on preserving and protecting capital through the minimization of risk, we avoid the easy pathway of limited risk, limited reward. Rather, we aggressively seek out diamonds in the rough in the form of "value" properties that offer the prospect of high returns and have challenges or complexities that limit their appeal to other investors, particularly those with distressed capital structures.

LVPR II is a non-traded REIT sponsored by The Lightstone Group. Founded in 1988 by David Lichtenstein, The Lightstone Group has grown to become one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the United States. Its diversified portfolio of hospitality, retail, industrial, office and residential real estate assets includes 8.1 million square feet of commercial space and more than 11,000 multifamily units in 19 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

David Lichtenstein is chairman and CEO of The Lightstone Group, the real estate company he founded in 1988. Mr. Lichtenstein personifies The Lightstone Group's commitment to delivering the highest standard of quality, integrity and excellence to its clients. In addition to chairing the board of directors, he is responsible for directing all aspects of the acquisition, financing and management of the company's diverse portfolio of multi-family, hospitality, retail and industrial properties. Mr.

Hochberg has more than 30 years of experience in real estate industry investment, development and operations for residential, hospitality, commercial, gaming and mixed-use properties. He was a principal at Madden Real Estate Ventures, which was combined with Lightstone as Hochberg joined the company. He was also the founder of Spectrum Communities and served as its president and CEO for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, Spectrum recorded $2 billion in residential sales and won numerous awards from the National Association of Homebuilders.

Lightstone is a privately held company, but it raises money by selling shares in illiquid real estate investment trusts that are not publicly traded.
