Touchstone Properties Ltd., was founded in 1990 by Charles A. "Chuck" Whalen, after being with one of the three largest property management companies in Hawaii as president and part owner. The company was started with the humble beginnings of a shared office space and one employee. Chuck was careful to set standards in place before expanding the business. He always took the time to handpick team members and groom them to meet the needs he promised his clients.

Touchstone Properties Ltd. is a full service property management company on Oahu. We strongly believe that service still matters. We subscribe to "human" communication. We work person to person and do our best to provide the same service we would like to receive.
