Scott has accumulated over 25 years of experience in telecommunication networking including director level responsibility for both operations and engineering departments. Scott joined TurnKey in 2009 and was tasked with establishing and developing a new line of business with the Professional Services department. With Scott’s leadership and a focus on equipment engineering, network provisioning, and equipment test and turn up, the department continues to grow, offering value added, comprehensive services to our customers.

Warren brings a unique and valuable perspective to the management, operations and growth potential at TurnKey. He has 20 years of experience in the project/construction management of golf course, resort, residential and commercial real estate developments ranging from 3 million to over 25 million dollars in value in 15 different countries on 5 continents. Warren’s experience in dealing with the complexities of coordinating various consultants, direct hiring, and subcontracting labor and equipment providers, along with securing and staging materials, provides TurnKey with the leadership it will require to achieve efficiencies aimed at growing the company. Warren’s current responsibilities include all aspects of the daily operations and future growth planning for the company.

At TurnKey we recognize how crucial initial design decisions are to a successful on time, on budget network build. Our engineering staff has extensive experience in all facets of telecommunications outside plant design and permitting. This experience translates into a simplified process for our customers as we are equipped to handle everything from the initial contact with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ’s), right-of-way acquisition/negotiations, detailed engineering, permitting and final documentation. Engineering and permitting are typically the most time consuming part of a project therefore identifying obstacles and making the right decisions early makes all of the difference. TurnKey’s Engineering Team has the knowledge and skill to make those decisions.

Dave has a combined 15 years of experience in managing people and processes, and central office engineering and installation expertise. Dave joined TurnKey in 2001 as a transport equipment installer and based on his attention to detail and commitment to assuring success for our customers, he has moved upward into his current position responsibilities for budgeting, staffing and coordinating the inside plant EF&I services. Dave has been instrumental in developing and implementing TurnKey’s installation quality assurance program with a focus on efficiency and industry leading installation standards.
