Upwardly Global can offer your company a new talent resource with global business experience and a diversity of viewpoints. We are a national, award-winning nonprofit organization that has worked with over 500 employers to fill positions requiring high level skills. Our candidates have a track record of success and long term commitment to their employer.

Upwardly Global is a national non-profit organization that helps work-authorized, skilled immigrants rebuild their professional careers in the U.S. We provide professional job-search training and access to employers with global talent needs. To date, we have coached approximately 5,000 skilled immigrants and have assisted more than 2,000 skilled immigrants back into their career fields, as well as providing comprehensive online services.

Direct Service – activities designed to provide service directly to a client. An example of direct service is providing training on how to effectively interview for a job. Additionally, working with employers to help increase understanding and awareness of the skilled immigrant population is a direct service to our employer network.

We make every effort to match your skills to the opportunity and Job Seeker who will benefit most from them. We train and equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to make a meaningful impact. We provide templates, specific strategies, cultural tips and a structured but fun approach to help you accomplish the tasks at hand. Upwardly Global staff and experienced volunteers are also available to provide assistance and ensure you have a successful volunteer experience.

Jennifer Geissel-Zervigon is Board Chair and is an Independent Strategy Consultant with over 15 years experience in strategy and corporate finance, predominantly serving technology companies. Most recently, Jennifer was a Senior Managing Director at the Nasdaq Stock Market, where she managed sales for Nasdaq's stock trading business. Prior to working at Nasdaq, she was a strategy consultant for many years; first as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, and then at Treacy & Company, a strategic consulting boutique, where she was a Senior Principal.
