Description
Celia Pang is an appraiser assistant who has years of experience in the industry as our previous office manager. Celia attended Sacred Hearts Academy and Chaminade University, where she graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (focus on management) and belonged to two national honor societies (Delta Epsilon Sigma and Delta Epsilon Iota). Celia loves working with people and servicing our customers. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and over five years of management experience.
I am sure all of you have your own answers to that question. Throughout my 36 years of experience in residential appraising, I have come to realize that many people do not know what we appraisers do. Let me attempt to clarify this as well as some other basic questions for you.
Brian J. Walther, SRA is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He was awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute . Brian is one of only nine appraisers living and practicing in Hawaii to receive the SRA designation in the past 20 years. The SRA designation, the Appraisal Institute's most prestigious for its members who practice primarily residential appraisal, is held by real estate solutions providers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property.
Kathy A. Oshiro has done everything at our company. She started more than 20 years ago as a bookkeeper, then became office manager; and 12 years ago became a full-time appraiser. Her dedication to our company and the appraisal profession is the strength of the company.
