Founded in 1969, Vacation Properties Network (“VPN”), along with its affiliates, is a fully integrated real estate development and resort operations organization. It has grown substantially since its inception and now, in addition to its real estate development and sales division it owns and operates three golf courses, two restaurants and three retail outlets. Vacation Properties Network’s other divisions include a building division, rental management division, property management division and golf course management division. Despite all of its divisions and subsidiary companies, Vacation Property Network’s focus remains on vacation real estate development and sales.
