Founded in 1986, VEIC is dedicated to reducing the economic and environmental costs of energy use. VEIC wins a contract to provide home energy rating services for all new residential construction in Central Vermont Public Service territory, requiring VEIC to cover all corners of the state. Two years later, VEIC is providing similar services to 80% of Vermont’s electric utility service territories.

To drive the success of these programs, we provide our customers with outreach efforts that increase consumer awareness, participation, and education.
