Welcome to Whiterock Partners. Whiterock Partners is a boutique executive search firm focused on technology and business services companies. Our clients include venture-backed startups, growth-oriented mid-market companies, and divisions of larger organizations.

An executive recruiter is the face of your company to any prospective talent. Scott is a face that I would be very comfortable putting up for any high tech company with which I am involved. Scott brings knowledge of technology (he took the time to learn ours), people skills, professionalism and project management capabilities to any search. At the end of the day it is up to the company to put up an attractive enough value proposition to attract the right people - Scott will make sure that you have the right people to talk to.

Whiterock Partners was founded in May 2003 by Scott Uhrig. Previously, Scott was a Partner with Connet & Company (a high-end boutique executive search firm based in Silicon Valley) and a Principal with TMP Worldwide (the 3rd largest retained executive search firm in the U.S. at the time of his employment). Scott’s technology and business experience includes stints at Honeywell (as a software developer in the Advanced Systems Group), at GTE (in product development and technology commercialization), and at McKinsey & Company (as a consultant to high-tech companies).
