Over the years, we've successfully completed a variety of projects including office, flex and warehouse projects, mixed use, medical facilities, restaurants and retail. In addition to working on new construction, we also handle additions, interior fit-up, and tenant improvements. With over 800,000 square feet of commercial space under management, our team understands how to quickly and accurately estimate tenant improvement costs - starting with the preliminary drawings - in order to keep lease negotiations moving forward. With many years of working with tenants under our belt, we have a unique perspective on the process. Our superintendents and subcontractors understand how to work respectfully in an occupied building. If a tenant renews an existing lease and just needs paint and carpet, we set up a schedule to meet their needs, working after hours or doing the job one area at a time.
