Ellen Constant Director of HR Ellen Constant joined Windham Group in 2003 as the Director of Human Resources to oversee the department. Ellen handles all of the recruiting, benefits, employee relations and other HR functions for the employees at Windham Group. Previously she worked at a large insurance company for over 10 years managing the HR department for their Boston and NH locations. Ellen has extensive experience in Human Resources in all areas that include, compensation & benefits, recruiting, employee relations and training and development.

Our mission is to return employees to health while maintaining productivity at their original jobs by integrating our technical, counseling and medical expertise. Our outcome driven approach fuels the development of innovative and effective solutions, which lower our customers' total cost of risk.

Jim Lovett Director of IT Jim Lovett joined Windham Group in 1999 as a consultant and shortly after that was named Director of Information Systems overseeing all of the IT needs of Windham Group. Jim's 20 years of experience in the technology field has given him in-depth experience in Programming, Systems Design and Security. He designed Windham Groups proprietary claims management system which allows all of our employees to be efficient in claim handling. Jim is a certified Microsoft Systems Engineer with a degree in Business Administration from Southern NH Universtity.

Nancy Chartrand Regional Operations Manager Nancy Chartrand joined Windham Group in July of 2001 and is currently in the role of Regional Operations Manager for the VT, NH and ME territory. She has staff in all three states who handle Medical and Vocational Case Management. Nancy came to Windham Group with more than 15 years of administrative experience much of it related to workers compensation. Nancy works closely with the Northern New England team to provide our customers with the excellent service they deserve and expect in medical and vocational case management.

Diana Correia Sales Manager Diana Correia Joined Windham Group's Sales Team in 2004 and is currently Sales Manager. Diana has over 20 year sales experience of Workers Compensation Return to Work Services across all New England Jurisdictions. Diana's responsibilities include servicing existing customers as well as prospecting and selling new accounts such as insurers, self-insured employers and businesses, third party administrators and government and municipal sectors. Diana values and maintains the relationships with our customers with a strong customer service focus.
