Our experience in the construction industry helped us a realize there are basic service needs for both the property owner, and the contractor, in any construction project. When we were a contracting company, our desire was to provide the best customer service possible. We found that our ability to maintain our reputation was only as strong as the poorest of experiences with one of our subcontractors. Through hearing stories and our own experiences, we’ve discovered that discontentment between client and contractor can be minimized or avoided altogether. With our improved methods of communication and accountability, You’re The Boss brings a whole new customer service experience to our clients, providing peace of mind and security to an often otherwise stressful, chaotic construction experience.

You can think of us like your own dedicated contracting customer service representative, personal assistant, adviser, and consultant. We work for you, not a commission, profit, or markup, making sure you are the boss. Our agency provides personnel who have knowledge and experience in the construction industry. We know what to look for and what questions to ask about bids, costs, or anything relating to your home or business project, giving you a third-party, objective perspective of your remodel or new build.

What can YTB do for me as a contractor? We provide a platform good contractors can stand on. Let’s be honest, it’s hard for a client to tell a good contractor who wants to do a quality job and earn an honest wage, from the contractor who will cut every corner possible to make an extra buck. YTB filters out the bad contractors and provides qualified customer leads to good contractors.
