Zeta Consulting is an executive search firm founded in October 2001 by Sal Aguilar. Sal ’s original vision was to build a firm that was based on the principles of networking. His goal was to establish long term relationships that would benefit both the candidates looking for opportunities and the client companies looking for talent.
