Bob has practiced litigation for more than 40 years. He has extensive experience in insurance coverage and bad faith, insurance defense, employment, transportation and commercial litigation. He also has served as an expert witness in matters of insurance coverage, insurance industry standards and bad faith claims in a number of states. He has also served as an expert witness on topics related to the professional activities of attorneys. His employment law experience includes litigation of discrimination claims, non-compete and employment termination agreements.

DRI, headquartered in Chicago, was founded in 1960 to provide education to the defense community, anticipate and address issues germane to defense lawyers and the civil justice system, promote appreciation of the role of the defense lawyer and improve and preserve the civil justice system.

Aaron's practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including insurance defense, construction defect and omission, bad faith, and mechanic's lien claims. He has extensive experience before federal and state courts, the American Arbitration Association and other alternative dispute resolution forums. He is licensed to practice in Colorado and Illinois. Aaron obtained his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his bachelor of arts degree from St. Cloud State University.
