Our core competency is in customizing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products, integrating COTS with your existing legacy systems or developing applications customized to your needs. Our staff use industry standard best practices (CMM, PMI) to develop and manage the full life cycle of software development and implementation process.

We have remained strongly committed to best practices from the industry. In 2003 we were certified for ISO 9001:2000. In 2001, we started implementing and practicing the processes from the Software Engineering Institute, and we were assessed at Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 3 in 2005. We are continuing to keep our process improvement commitment by implementing ITIL standards and IS 17779. We provide our customers with project managers who are Project Management Professional (PMP) certified from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Dick Becker is our Business Advisor who works closely with the President in setting the strategy and focus for eBITS. Prior to eBITS Mr. Becker was Vice President for Business Development and held positions to assist TAMSCO and then DRS. He brings over 30 years of experience in federal contract management and procurement process.

Our custom application development services include customized application development which is targetted to meet your unique needs. We analyze your requirements, complete the design and develop custom code accoding industry stadards or your organizational standards. We test, integrate and implement to your complete satifaction and deliver complete documentation.

Applying basic principles of systems engineering we break down your problem into smaller components and find solutions that may include hardware, sofware, COTS products and customizatio and integration with existing componets. Our solutions mangers will implement a fully designed system,while managing cost, schedule and risk to deliver a final product, that will meet the needs you specified.
