Description

Thomas is originally from Texas and moved to Las Vegas in 1990. His experience includes horizontal and vertical control surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking (layout of buildings, mechanical structures, industrial construction, highway and bridge construction), Global Positioning System surveys, aerial mapping and water rights surveying. He has 34 years of experience in the survey field and is a licensed Land Surveyor in Arizona, Nevada & Utah.

David received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in 1974, and then moved to Alaska where he worked on the Trans-Alaska pipeline, the Corps of Engineers Moose Creek Dam and the City of Fairbanks infrastructure replacement. A Las Vegas resident since 1987, his experience includes design of roadway and surface improvements, drainage structures, major utility infrastructure, subdivisions, commercial property, preparation of bidding documents, specifications, estimates, construction administration, and field inspection.
