Zone Engineering, Inc. is a full service Civil Engineering firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We provide complete civil, traffic, hydrologic and land surveying services. Other services include feasibility studies, property rezoning, right of way vacation and dedication, as well as project entitlement preparation for commercial, industrial and residential development.

Mr. Seto has over ten years of experience in the engineering field. As the Project Manager for Zone Engineering, Mr. Seto plans, designs and directs civil engineering projects for residential, commercial and industrial developments as well as project management. Mr. Seto also prepares drainage studies, traffic impact analysis and water network analysis in compliance to agencies standards.

This project consists of three (3) building office/commercial plaza located in Southeast Las Vegas, Nevada. The main building consists of an underground parking garage.
