About Sierra Structural Jason, Jay and Aaron all have strong roots planted in Nevada, as all were raised and educated in the State of Nevada. Jason grew up in Ely, and after graduating from White Pine High School he went on to study engineering at the University of Nevada in Reno. Jay grew up in Boulder City, graduating from Boulder City High School and later going on to UNLV to study engineering. Aaron was born and raised in Las Vegas, attending Clark High School and going on to the University of Nevada in Reno to study engineering.
