Employee Assistance Program

Description

Our Director can assist you as liaison with your company and monitor clinical programs and services we provide you. Most often, we work with the human resource department or individual in charge of staff development or workplace issues. We will provide confidential statistical reports, and assist you to identify trends and obstacles identified within your organization.

EAP has operated an outpatient drug free program for eleven years and previously worked with Medical D/A Department and Social Security SSI Program. EAP is currently an EIN Vocational Rehabilitation private provider under SSI with the Maximus Program.

Many organizational leaders call us to provide stress management training programs for workers. Our stress management product is effective because it is designed to fit the unique work environment of each client. However, in our consultation we often identify additional issues related to the original concerns such as high levels of absenteeism, workplace safety issues and low morale which contribute to stress in the workforce.

The employer may request a tailored program providing specific services to complement existing employer provided services. Cost would depend upon the services provided.

We provide a proactive EAP awareness program for your employees including supervisory staff orientation. We can arrange to make yearly visits, or assist you more often, if you wish.
