Founded in 2004, Faith Group, LLC is currently comprised of highly skilled professionals, each with over 25 years of experience in Airport Security, Information Technology, Command and Control and Baggage Screening systems planning and design. Faith Group is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri with regional offices in Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Maplewood, MO and Gaithersburg, MD.

Doug Button, CPP Systems Engineer Hometown: Pocahontas, IA Office: Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN Doug Button worked as a contractor for Faith Group, before accepting a full time position in August of 2013. Through his career in the security industry, which began in 1985, Doug has gained experience in all phases of systems development and implementation. He has worked for two major systems integrators in the Mid-West, owned a small security company and started his own consulting business.

Brian Dougan Senior Electrical Designer Hometown: Hillsboro, MO Office: Maplewood, MO Brian has more than 26 years of professional experience in the electrical consulting industry. He joined Faith Group in 2014 after working as a Faith Group subconsultant for many years. Brian has broad experience as an electrical designer and has been recognized by the IES for numerous lighting design projects. Drawing from his previous experience in building systems design, he has specialized in technology systems design over the last six years.

Enrique Melendez, C.M., PMP Senior Program Manager Hometown: The Bronx, NY Office: Philadelphia, PA Enrique began his aviation career working with the DOD where he developed his expertise in systems engineering and program management. He transitioned to civil aviation and has worked with airlines, FAA, DHS/TSA and many of the world’s airports. Mr. Melendez was the co-founder of the ACC IT Committee and a former member of the ACC Board of Directors and ACI-NA Board. He has served on ACI ‘s BITCOM Steering Committee and Public Safety Committee.

Salvatore Mazzola, PSP Senior Systems Consultant Hometown: St. Louis, MO Office: St. Louis, MO Sal joined Faith Group in July 2006, bringing 30+ years of experience in the security industry. Sal’s career has spanned everything from hands-on equipment installation to project management and technical support for equipment manufacturers. For the past ten years Sal leveraged his previous experience and advanced his career to provide security system design and consulting for critical infrastructure facilities. This experience has allowed him to design systems that are practical and buildable.
