With over 25 years' experience in public accounting at Ernst & Young, Leanne joined GAP Resources after completing her career as a partner with a successful track record of leading audit teams and designing sustainable structured solutions.

A Certified Women's Business Enterprise since 2009; GAP Resources LLP was founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1998. Our work adds value for our clients as we both identify and recommend improvements in complex situations while also completing the tactical work required.

Over 50 years experience in the insurance industry with proven skills and experience in change management and process improvement, our professionals will get the job done.

Lisa has over a decade of successful project execution and management as a consultant and partner with GAP Resources applying a background in both financial reporting and internal auditing. She has demonstrated success executing projects that range from detail reconciliation of problem accounts to the development of accounting and financial reporting requirements for PeopleSoft implementations to IFRS implementation and accounting policy development. Her clients benefit from Lisa's strength - understanding and communicating the requirements of finance and technology process changes.
