David Mulholland is Senior Vice President of GMB Engineers & Planners, Inc. (GMB). He has over 19 years of experience in the professional field of practice that encompasses a wide variety of transportation planning and traffic engineering projects. Mr. Mulholland has served as Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge providing the technical experience and knowledge in the development of creative solutions for both private and public sector clienteles.
