To successfully administer a project requires seasoned, experienced professionals with a background in contracts, purchasing, finance, accounting, negotiation, subcontractor coordination, and basic documentation procedures. We have experience in all these areas and can undertake any or all of these roles for our clients or simply help out, supplementing your existing staff as necessary.

Experience tells us that often our clients simply want someone available on an on-call basis to do a particular job, and go home. Sometimes it’s a one-time task and we’re gone for good. Other cases might involve repeat participation. But always as needed and at your discretion as timing and budget dictate.
