Max Q Systems, Inc. (Max Q) is a full service engineering firm specializing in electronic circuit design, systems design, mechanical design, software design, and overall engineering analysis. Complete turnkey systems are developed in our automated production facility which include significant manufacturing capabilities.

Our production facility includes component prepping equipment, automated PCB assembly stations, flow solder equipment, and custom-designed De-Ionized aqueous cleaners.

At Max Q Systems, we offer several value added services as part of our manufacturing division. From cables to burn-in stations, we are a one stop shop for our customers. One of these services includes coil-winding. We manufacture several different custom transformers and inductors for our customers. As you can see in the video above, we can accommodate hand assembly of large magnetic wire coils, or large scale mass assembly of very thin wired inductors. Whatever your project needs, we likely have the solution.

Since its incorporation in 1981, Max Q has been providing engineering services to the military, aerospace, medical and a multitude of diverse commercial industries for a wide variety of applications ranging from automated machine control to advanced flight control systems. Max Q's engineering and manufacturing facility in Tustin, California, employs a small group of administrative, technical, and production personnel.
