The Meridian Realty Group was founded in 1986 in response to a critical need in the Triad for a highly specialized commercial real estate brokerage. Many commercial brokers in this market lack the level of experience and professionalism that Meridian is noted for and tend to approach commercial brokerage as a ancillary service to residential or real estate development. For Meridian, commercial brokerage and management is our only business and has been since 1986.Meridian’s doctrine of independent, specialized brokerage services is free of any inherent conflicts of interest associated with companies who develop property for their own account or who may merely be a satellite office for a national company whose primary interest is elsewhere.
