The mission of PEP/LA is two-fold: 1) to decrease the rising incidence of HIV transmission in adolescents; and 2) to elevate the care, respect, compassion and hope of people who live with HIV/AIDS. PEP/LA has established 25 Peer Education Programs (PEPs) throughout Southern California, ("PEP/Satellites") the United States and has set up more than 100
