Renault & Handley was the first real estate brokerage and development firm to serve the needs of the emerging high technology industry in the Silicon Valley area. In fact, we leased and, in many cases, built the first properties for such industry giants as Fairchild, Intel, Apple Computer, National Semiconductor, Memorex, Spectra Physics and Sun Microsystems, to name a few. Over the years we have leased and developed property for nearly every high technology industry, from electronics to defense, semiconductor manufacturing, biotech, software, and most recently, Internet companies and intellectual property law firms.
