Mr. Mast has managed and designed projects ranging from small expansions and new construction of commercial and retail business facilities and two-lot minor subdivisions to the management and design of large multi-lot industrial parks and single- and multi-family residential developments exceeding several hundred acres and units. In the course of his career, Mr. Mast has also served in the capacity of an expert witness, providing testimony in the areas of land use, storm water Management and flood control and various zoning relief related to land development and subdivision. Mr. Mast is also responsible for the property management of Lederach Realty Group L.L.C. , a company that owns and operates the The Village at Lederach and Lederach General Store. Mr. Mast graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. While at Drexel University, he concentrated his studies in the area of Water Resources, Transportation Engineering and Geo-technical Engineering. John R. Mr. Hunt is responsible for management and oversight of the planning, design and permitting aspects of land development projects; staying closely involved as a project successfully progresses through the conceptual design, permitting and construction process. John graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and received his Master of Science in Civil Engineering, with a concentration in Water Resource Engineering, from Villanova University.
