Description
The San Diego Regional Immunization Registry is an immunization information system. The Registry permits the sharing of a computer record of a child's immunizations so that the child's parents and doctors can see what shots that child has received and which shots are needed. SDIR can help parents and physicians to protect San Diego and Imperial County children from serious illnesses like polio, whooping cough, measles and meningitis.
