Our Therapy Department utilizes a multidisciplinary approach for your loved ones. We have on site Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy that are available seven days per week. They actively work together with the Restorative Department and our Nursing Department to provide an individualized plan of care. We work to provide culture centered therapy with good outcome based goals.

Persons served and their family members may receive a wide range of counseling services designed to maximize each individual's level of social and emotional functioning and to provide the family with a supportive therapeutic link. Qualified professionals work with individuals and their families to resolve social, psychological and financial problems. Based on recommendations from the treatment team or physician, a specialist may be enlisted to assess the individual's neuropsychological functioning.

Stepping Stones, Rehab to Home, helps people achieve their maximum functional capacity and get back safely to their homes and community in the shortest time possible. To achieve this goal, our residents receive physical, occupational and speech therapy from compassionate and highly skilled therapists. Our therapists are part of a larger team that includes physicians, nurses, social workers and nutritionists, who work with the resident and family members to develop an individualized care plan. To ensure a smooth transition to home, Stepping Stones will assist with setting up home health care services in your community.
