Zell & Associates is a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm serving the Greater Portland Metropolitan area, Southwest Washington, Central Oregon and some Coastal Communities. In addition, we appraise complex residential homes in the Portland Tri-County Area. Craig Zell corporately established the company in 1990 after years of extensive experience in varied real estate fields. He earned his MAI designation (Member of the Appraisal Institute) in 1993 and his SRA designation (Senior Residential Appraiser) in 1988. Zell & Associates is uniquely positioned to provide in-depth and thorough analysis of market information for decision making, lending, estates or asset evaluation purposes. Our in-house database allows us to track projects from the sale negotiation date to the finished product. We have a reputation for expertise, quality and concise reporting of value analysis. By design, the firm has remained small in order to serve those with valuation needs and those that require more complex valuation services. The company has specialties in land development, townhouse and condominium projects, complex land assignments and other property types.
